The Service is intended for use by businesses and authorised representatives acting in a professional capacity. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

Where an account or data connection is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Aurelia promptly of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach. Aurelia is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard access credentials.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All outputs, analyses, backtests, and reports are generated for informational and decision-support purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service, and you should seek independent professional advice before acting on any such information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, data, or networks connected to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying methodology or source code of the Service.
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent from Aurelia.
• Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

Aurelia does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data and is not responsible for errors or omissions originating from such sources. All content, software, designs, methodologies, and materials provided as part of the Service are the property of Aurelia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Fees and Payment

Where applicable, fees for access to the Service will be communicated separately and are subject to the payment terms agreed at the time of engagement. Aurelia reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aurelia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies, and does not guarantee any particular result from the use of any analysis, backtest, or output produced by the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurelia, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Suspension and Termination

Aurelia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or as otherwise deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to the Service

Aurelia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Aurelia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
